About the 69 Skull Cigar Patch:
This is the mother of all Biker Skull Patches. We have a rad looking skull squeezing a cigar (or a joint perhaps) between his teeth with smoke rising up. The German style helmet its wearing has a 69 sticker on it and a pair of goggles. The design is finished off with a red scarf wrapping the neck and waving with the wind. It will work as a great centerpiece patch on the back of your riding jacket.
